Lima Support > Anyone notice a pattern here ?

It appears there is no one monitoring these forums. I have had constant problems with this product since receiving it. There is absolutely no support. I feel complexly ripped off and learned a valuable lesson.

Their e-mail support is pretty responsive. This is a feedback intake forum. Have you tried proper support channels?
