I wrote more than a month ago... You'll get a quick answer.

I wrote tow weeks ago... You'll get a wuick answer.

When you're trying to have contact with the service, they're offline since more than a week !!!

Please can I get an answer. My Lima device that has been replaced by Lima is not working properly !

My best guess is as a result of funding issues that they have downsized to just infrastructure support and they are looking for a buyer.
