how can I istall a new HD (empty) in substitution of the first one (Broken)?

nobody answer me

The sw says "HD Unknow..."

I have the same problem . I have a broken disk connected to my Lima Ultra. So I am not able to copy the files Lima needs to a new drive.

Support desk is not responding to any support requests....

if the old disk isn't completely bloken, you can copy the invisible ".Lima" folder from the old disk to the new.

if it's totally kaput, de-link the old disk with the utility menu bar menu, and install new disk pairing as a new one.

(all this on Macs)

It’s totally broken. I install a new one but after a new installation is not recognized there is message that it’s an unknown disk...! I think they have to do something to make it work

It does not work for me either. I use the windows software and there is no option to de-link or disconnect the old broken drive. I did post my question to Lima support on 5 dec. however no reply received at all....

MeToo. First setup of Lima Ultra was with a small (40Gb) hdd. After it worked fine I want to replace it with big HDD (4TB). Can't get it to work!!
