The lima didn't recognize the hard disk during installation. So I formatted the hard disk and now it says that I have to plug in the original hard disk. How can I reset the lima and start the installation from beginning?

I think support have to answer this one, its no way to reset them by ourselves. I got 2 used units, and I had to get them reset my units so I could use them. It's no way we can do this by ourselves, for now.

Reset the lima and account and new setup. Now it works.

To start over, they have to delete my account by contacting the support. Hope this approach will change in the near future without deleting my account or contacting the support.

Right now, at least issue is resolved.
