It's from yesterday that my file device is offline. I tried to follow all the instructions in the faq but the issue is still present. I think my device has broken. Is it possible to perform a restore? Thank you, Francesco.
I see that you already contacted our Support Team via our webform to report your issue, and you did well as it may need an in-depth check that couldn't be performed our the Feedback Centre.

I have changed routers and external drives and Limas. Same behavior
Same here. Anyone knows how to restore the saved files? The harddrive is oke, the Limadevices is dead.

This is now the second Lima. With in 24 hours offline. I have had it. took 2 months to get the replacement. I have swapped drives. I seem to know more than they do. Completely unreliable.

Francesco, sono contento per te, la mia esperienza cliente è completamente diversa: sono mesi che l'assistenza ignora le mie educate richieste di supporto. Sono arrivato al punto che mi basterebbe che qualcuno del supporto Lima almeno mi rispondesse, non pretendo upgrade né regali, ma solo assistenza. Ma forse stanno solo aspettando che al mio Lima scada la garanzia per rispondermi.

My Lima now says Mounting connected Drive. For the last 24 hours. The icon shows Blue on my desktop. No idea what that means.
My Lima also stopped working. Tried everything, but the device is dead and doesn't shows up in my router. Contacted the supportteam a week ago, but i don't get any answers, even after several emails.. Does anyone know how to save the stored files? The harddrive is oke and i can open the lima-folder when connected directly to my laptop. When i can get my files back i throw awaythe Lima en store my files in the cloud. I think it's a lousy device and the service is the same. I'm very dissapointed.

Two of my three Limas have been OFFLINE since last summer. Support either ignores me or sends the standard instructions (restart, replug, etc.). After that, they no longer respond. Unbelievable.
My immediate problem was solved (after about 6 months total). Lima sent me two new power cables/adapters for my two original Limas. Now they are working again. So my problem was that the power adapters broke (incidently around the same time, even though they were physically in two different countries).
I believe I have found something. I am on my second Lima, second router and second hard drive all with the same behavior. After the most current reset, I started replacing my files a small chunk at a time. I originally had 65 GB worth of information and Lima was auto uploading all of the photos from one of my mobile devices.
I believe one of my photo files was corrupted and caused all of these issues. I am not going to try and find the corrupted file because Lima does not allow you to reset your account or change drives with out them.
OF my 4 requests for support they only responded to one.
They are clearly either overwhelmed or going out of business.
We use the Lima with great caution now.
