Mounting connected drive
I received a new replacement Lima last week. Same old story. I have now connected a new drive. A WD My Passport. I transferred my files back to the Lima and all was fine for 24 hr. Now the message says: Mounting Connected Drive. It never changes and the files are not accessible. This is truly frustrating. I have changed Routers as well to eliminate all pieces that might have been the issue with the last Lima. I have submitted two help tickets but do not expect to hear back from anyone.
The Lima is simply not a reliable piece of technology at this point.
