My Lima is impossible to install
My Lima Ultra doesn't work since 2 month now.
I dissociated my account, delete the app, start from the beginning and it doesn't work.
Now, it's freezing on error 16.
It looks like it is attached to another account.
So I tried all my emails (just in case), try "forgot my password" button, nothing works...
I don't know what to do, and without the app installed on my laptop, I have no solutions.
Lima's support team doesn't help me.
I signaled them the issue since 2 months, and the guys send me the wrong alimentation cable.
Please, what can I do ?
