NO CONECTION

Good morning, I am very disappointed with my Lima device. I have been waiting for several months and now that i have it in a couple of days it does not work anymore. There is no way to conecct to the device and I have no way to recover what is on the hard drive. I have lost connectionn and content with the hard drive.

What can i do to recover that information and my Lime device?
