Per device Mobile Flow folder

It would be nice to have a different folder name per device.

Or the ability to change the name from within the client app.

This way different clients can backup / sync their own pictures to their own folder.

Seriously disappointed by this. There is no mention of such a limitation on the product description.

This is advertised as a personal, independent cloud system where you hold your data, not where you mess up it

And it is even more disappointing the fact I can't control what sort of folder I have on the HD, with Desktop, Documents and the other folders created all the time.

Please, we should be given flexibility on how we do want to organise our space.

Yeah I started this topic 2 years ago and still no fix. Dissappointed to put it mildly. Don't want to offend anyone, but lima doesn't deliver half of what they promised at the Kickstarter project. No cross lima backup so you can create a backup of your data on a friends lima device. No mutli user/family support. Wish they would do something with our comments...

I 9 months ago that I added to the request for this topic. In my house we are with my wife that we have the application installed and all the photo files are mixed in a single folder. It is terrifying every time I have to separate the photos of each one in two folders, which I have already dismissed because in hours I do not get it since we have about 12,000 photos. For other files the same thing happens, plus the integration with the PC that they said that there would still be nothing, they are making improvements, but integration nothing and I think it would be very important to synchronize the folders that you select on the PC with the LIMA disk, in this way any change in the system would be transferred to the cloud to have it accessible.

After having many issues, I finally have my Lima working. To my shock I realized that all my videos and photos are stored together in the Mobile Flow folder. That approach to backing up my devices and computers is totally useless if I cannot segregate my files by source. It is disheartening to see that this has been a long-standing and unresolved "feature". Really disappointed that the actual experience with Lima is far less than the promise.
