Syncing Lima to my iPad

Why is it taking 20 hours to sync Lima to my iPad. When I click on Lima app on the iPad, it shows my files but says "Heavy Syncing in progress". It has been 10 hours and it shows 49% downloaded. I know I have gone to Lima on my iPad previously to work on documents. So, why now this tediously slow process?

Hi James,

Thank you for contacting us!

Lima wishes you a Happy New Year, and all the best in 2018! Thanks for being a part of our family.

Regarding your heavy sync stage, please know it isn't unusual for it to last up to a day or more.

This behavior can be improved by forcing the synchronisation between your mobile device and your Lima.

To do so, please follow these steps:

- Reboot your mobile device.

- Connect your mobile to his power supply.

- Remove the sleep mode.

- Connect your mobile device to the same network than your Lima.

- Launch only the Lima App and let it in the foreground of your device with all other Apps closed.

- Please wait for 10 minutes.

Then reboot your mobile device and launch the Lima app; you should see an improvement.

On another hand, please know you'll find in our knowledge base the estimated transfer speed depending on the amount or the type of files you're sending to Lima.

If your average transfer speed is lower than expected, see our recommendations to improve your transfer performance.

Finally gave up when after 26 hours my iPad still was "Heavy syncing in progress" at 51%. Sad.
