When is the Helpdesk coming back.

I need help with a problem I cannot find in the excisting help topics but the helpdesk is already two weeks out of service.

This kills my positive feelings about the Lima Ultra!!!!

I've got issues too with my Lima device. It constantly shows up as offline even after the plugging/unplugging procedure. I too need to talk with your support team.
